The historic Clearwater Trail runs along the east side of the property.
The Clearwater Campground with its well developed boat launch and the famous Clearwater Lodge are within a short walking distance.The Clearwater River, a trophy grayling fishery, is known as an angler’s paradise and consistently produces some of the largest grayling caught in Alaska.Late August through early December, the Clearwater River hosts a substantial run of Silver Salmon, one of Alaska’s hardest fighting sport fish.In addition to outstanding fishing, the Clearwater also offers waterfowl hunting and scenic float and canoe trips.
