This custom log home is located 12 miles north of Delta Junction near the edge of town and the beautiful Clearwater River. The home is nestled among the towering spruce, aspen and birch with stunning mountain views and offers both privacy and outdoor space.

Surrounded by a park like setting, mature white spruce, birch and aspen are clustered in the large lush lawn surrounding the main house. Lilacs and Stone planters overflowing with perennial and annual flowers lay along the graveled driveway and perimeter of the house. A flag pole rises majestically near the driveway midpoint. A garden plots sits away from house at the edge of the manicured lawn unobstructed from a full day of sunshine. A thick forest of trees sit at the back and sides of the main house property with an open and expansive airstrip with sweeping vistas to the front.  The historic Clearwater Trail runs along the east side of the property.

The Clearwater Campground with its well developed boat launch and the famous Clearwater Lodge are within a short walking distance.  The Clearwater River, a trophy grayling fishery, is known as an angler’s paradise and consistently produces some of the largest grayling caught in Alaska.  Late August through early December, the Clearwater River hosts a substantial run of Silver Salmon, one of Alaska’s hardest fighting sport fish.  In addition to outstanding fishing, the Clearwater also offers waterfowl hunting and scenic float and canoe trips.
